A strong tradition of impeccable quality, unmatched service, and lasting value.

The look on the face of a bride at the moment the ring is presented and the question is asked, “Will you marry me?” is priceless. A bride, groom, or anyone looking for a memorable gift of jewelry certainly wants to choose a piece that symbolizes the unique love shared between two people. Susan Robinson Jewelry in Tyler provides that exceptional quality and personal service by the owner Susan, her son Larry Stokes, and her associates who are passionate about customer service and the pieces they carry.

Susan Robinson started her store in 1984, and since then has seen business grow in leaps and bounds.   As a former employee of two leading jewelers in Houston, including the Corporate Division of Tiffany & Co., she has an eye for exceptional quality. Combine that with her passion for creating an unforgettable experience for the customer, and you have the best that retail jewelry can offer, here in East Texas.

To make sure that all of her merchandise is top-notch and to keep her jewelry in a special niche, she buys from all over the world.  Simply being able to experience the culture and diversity of so many places of the world is a blessing in itself, but she doesn’t leave empty-handed. Her 5,500 square foot store is stocked with the work of international and couture designer’s jewelry and watches.  Always in search of the latest creations, she travels to Basel, Switzerland every March where the world’s largest jewelry show is held. Last year she traveled as a personal guest of Roberto Coin, an Italian jeweler, to Italy where she selected items that are currently displayed.  Robinson says, “The Italians are some of the best designers in the world and the art of jewelry making has been passed down for generations.”  Every step is taken to find the right pieces for her clientele.

“Jewelry is a happy business. Each and every day is like a party meeting new people from every walk of life.”

Robinson’s view is that each customer also becomes friends of Susan Robinson Jewelry. She maintains the strong view that jewels and metals are created by God and it is their job and joy to educate customers and make them fully aware of the unbelievable beauty and worth of God’s gifts. “Jewelry is a happy business. Each and every day is like a party meeting new people from every walk of life.” The look on a customer’s face when they know they have found the perfect piece is priceless. This is what drives Robinson to always keep searching for the best jewelry that the world has to offer.
