Tyler Tents and Events is so much more than a tent rental company. They are a rich East Texas resource, a layout design service, an inspiration hub, and they are dedicated to helping clients throughout their event planning journey.
Founded in 2014 by father-daughter team Andy and Amanda Jones, Tyler Tents and Events goes beyond the average rental shop. You will not see a traditional sales counter when you enter the store, but instead desks with comfortable chairs for clients to sit in and talk with staff.
Another key component, and one that sets Tyler Tents apart from other rental companies, is their customization capabilities. This includes employing a seamstress to create fashion-forward linens, curtains, and unique table coverings. They even have a “play table” in-store where customers can pull things from around the store and/or items they’ve brought in to see how their event concept will look.
Amanda, Managing Owner and Creative Director for Tyler Tents and Events, loves being involved with the overall layout, concept, and design of an event. “It is not uncommon to see me in the field placing linens, on a ladder hanging chandeliers, or anything else to ensure the design details come together seamlessly from start to finish.”
